Hmm, all hospitals are a little creepy, so taking a creepy picture of it is kind of a given. :) It's really cool with the clouds and the moon being a bit blurry, you might be a little annoyed that the moon is a bit of a blur, but I think it adds to the creepy effect. :)
I was kinda annoyed that it's blurry, but not sure how to change it, since you have to bring down the ISO and the exposure to get the moon not so bright, it would make the building way too dark, so not sure how to fix that... but still glad you like it!
